Warranties:

We guarantee all merchandise to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 6 months or 6,000 miles from date of purchase.  Carburators and electrical items  are exempt from this warranty.  We limit our liability to replacement of the merchandise only.  We will not recognize any claim for labor or consequential damages.

Returns:

No returns on electrical parts or carburators.  Special order returns will be assessed a 10-20% restocking charge.  Parts that are dirty, or in any other than new condition (that includes a missing or destroyed box) will be assessed a charge or refused and sent back to you.  Accompany all returns with your name and contact number, a copy of the original invoice, as well as an explanation to expedite processing.  No returns after 60 days.

Cores:

We ship all items requiring a core deposit with a core tag that must be returned with the core in the original parts box.  We will not process core credits without a core tag, the original box, or after 6 months of the original sale. 

Bosch Cores:

Bosch will not give credit for cores that do not cross in their book to the sold unit.  They also deduct core value for any damage.  When you call for a Bosch starter or alternator please have the long Bosch number off of the units body (10 digits) at hand to verify you will receive core credit.
